Performs journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analysis, and monthly close activities across revenue, cash, prepaid expenses, and balance sheet accounts. Ensures marketplace transactions are accurately recorded, supports vendor and employee payments, maintains records for reporting and audits, and contributes to financial statements, process improvements, automation, AI initiatives, and special accounting projects.

Analyze messy datasets from sell-through, inventory, deductions, trade promotions, and supply-chain signals. Develop statistical quality checks, evaluate model performance, quantify uncertainty, and collaborate with AI/ML engineers to ship production-grade insights within the product.

Lead MacPaw’s global PR and communications strategy, shape corporate and product narratives, build relationships with top-tier technology media, manage reputation and industry events, establish PR KPIs and reporting, integrate AI into communications workflows, oversee budgets, and mentor a high-performing PR team.

Provide product and technical support for Blink, troubleshooting tickets from triage through resolution within SLAs. Act as a product expert, manage escalations, collaborate with Product and Engineering, improve documentation, and identify automation opportunities. Support both customers and internal colleagues, deliver enablement sessions, communicate clearly with nontechnical audiences, and develop scalable self-service solutions such as training videos, in-app help, and AI-powered workflows.
