The Director of Executive Communications is responsible for developing the President's voice and messaging, ensuring strategic communication alignment, and managing communications workflows. This senior role requires crafting speeches, thought pieces, and working collaboratively across campus to promote the university's mission and values.

Lead design, training, and deployment of large-scale ML models (LLMs, diffusion, GNNs). Own end-to-end training pipelines, distributed training, evaluation, and inference architecture. Collaborate with data and infra teams, drive reproducible model development, and provide technical leadership and mentorship from research through production.

Conduct a full audit of I-9 records including international documentation, manage state (MSDE) compliance data, use ADP and Workday for HRIS reporting and data cleanup, support high-touch onboarding during peak season, and assess project scope and timelines.
