Write and manage foundation grant strategy and proposals, research prospects, support field staff with proposal materials and reporting, and assist Advancement leadership. Oversee end-to-end implementation of Course Planner solutions for school district clients. Manage complex projects, stakeholder relationships, data dependencies, integrations, customer requirements, adoption, and project momentum. Review and resolve data issues, explain technical concepts clearly, document challenges, and collaborate with customer success and product teams on quality assurance and product improvements.

Own the product marketing strategy for Guidewire ClaimCenter, positioning its claims transformation, automation, AI, and workflow capabilities for P&C insurers. Develop messaging, technical content, sales enablement, go-to-market plans, conference presentations, customer workshops, market intelligence, and advocacy programs. Partner with product, engineering, sales, and solution consulting teams to drive adoption, pipeline, and measurable customer business outcomes.
