Manage GSM Outdoors’ full-cycle Accounts Payable operations, including invoice and payment processing, vendor management, reconciliations, month-end close, intercompany netting, three-way matching, internal controls, audits, and 1099 reporting. Lead, train, and develop the Accounts Payable team while improving processes, supporting automation, resolving discrepancies, and partnering with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Operations, vendors, and senior leadership.

Own the company’s accounting and financial operations as its first full-time accounting hire. Healthcare claims data experience is required.

Supports Lower School art instruction by preparing materials, assisting students, maintaining the art room, photographing student work, and installing artwork displays. Helps with art show setup, visual archiving, studio supply organization, and occasional substitute coverage. The role requires studio art knowledge, experience working with children, familiarity with artistic media and tools, basic technology skills, and flexibility in a collaborative school environment.

Develop and validate supplier capabilities, systems, processes, and compliance. Lead supplier audits, scorecards, Lean and Six Sigma improvements, corrective actions, process capability assessments, product acceptance procedures, new product introductions, transfers, and supplier engineering changes. Collaborate with sourcing, design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to improve quality, cost, logistics, delivery, and manufacturing performance. Travel to domestic and international suppliers up to 50%.

Lead ONDC integration by designing and implementing backend services and APIs. Ensure compliance with ONDC/Beckn standards, handle data modeling, performance tuning, API security, and transaction flows. Integrate logistics, payments, and catalog systems, write tests, conduct code reviews, and maintain high availability for ONDC services.

Build and ship end-to-end features for AiPrise’s compliance orchestration and AI agent platform. Develop REST APIs, microservices, data pipelines, case management workflows, vendor integrations, and customer-facing tools. Write tested, documented code; participate in reviews; debug production issues; improve performance, reliability, and observability; and collaborate with product, compliance, and customer success teams.

Own the strategy and execution of employer growth initiatives focused on new SMB employer acquisition, reactivation, and partnerships. Lead the product roadmap, growth experimentation, metrics, product discovery, user research, and AI-powered experiences. Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and job-seeker product teams to improve the employer acquisition journey, support product-led growth, and strengthen marketplace outcomes.
