Manage daily referral flow to partner law firms for the Central/Western US region; track compliance and case agreement records; support payment compliance and accounting communication; build progress reports; liaise with attorneys, intake teams, and partners; occasionally travel for partner visits.

Perform manual quality assurance and testing for EDI/integration solutions: gather and decompose requirements, develop BRDs, manage defects via portal, document test steps, coordinate with test leads, maintain test records, estimate effort, and ensure quality delivery to production.

Run one-time strategic growth consults for small and mid-size creators, provide tactical recommendations, manage follow-up and outreach to ensure action, maintain a high-volume personalized calendar, track consults and pipeline, and help pilot new formats to scale 1:1 support.
