Lead and scale the enterprise customer success function for Zocks, managing a team of Enterprise CSMs to drive adoption, value realization, renewals and expansion with large RIAs, broker-dealers, banks and financial firms. Build playbooks, metrics, and cross-functional partnerships while personally engaging executive stakeholders to ensure measurable customer outcomes.

Manage and grow enterprise B2B SaaS customer relationships, driving adoption, measurable outcomes, retention, renewals, and expansion revenue. Develop account and engagement strategies, lead business reviews, enable users, identify risks and opportunities, and manage renewal and expansion pipelines. Act as a strategic advisor and commercial owner while collaborating with Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Legal. Represent customer feedback internally and influence the product roadmap.

Conduct strategic and financial analysis, evaluate market opportunities and M&A targets, build valuation models, support due diligence, research competitors, and prepare executive and Board presentations. Own and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology stack: roadmap, tool selection, implementations, integrations, documentation, governance, and performance metrics. Provides in-house legal support for corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, securities, governance, and complex commercial matters. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing financing documents, coordinating with outside counsel and stakeholders, managing transaction closings and post-closing activities, supporting business development, and improving legal processes. Requires a JD, active U.S. state bar membership, and at least three years of relevant corporate or transactional legal experience.

Leads Inato’s marketing organization and strategy, including account-based marketing for enterprise sponsors, integrated sales campaigns, product positioning, go-to-market execution, customer marketing, and advocacy programs. Establishes marketing goals and metrics tied to business outcomes while partnering with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Strategy, and executive leadership. Coaches and develops the marketing team, builds internal product marketing capabilities, and drives measurable pipeline creation, customer expansion, and market differentiation.

Own operational reporting, diagnostic analysis, capacity planning, platform administration, system changes, process improvement, and cross-functional program execution. Partner with Product, Engineering, workforce planning, vendors, training, and quality teams to improve operational performance. Lead accountability mechanisms, roadmap alignment, AI and automation initiatives, and scaled delivery while mentoring teammates and influencing without formal authority.
