As Vice President of Sales, you will lead a high-performing sales team, drive strategic sales objectives, and enhance customer engagement while collaborating with senior leadership.

Outbound BDR responsible for prospecting target accounts, initiating cold outreach (calls, email, social), qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for Account Executives, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with marketing, and reporting on pipeline activity to hit growth targets.

Manage day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure devices reach patients reliably and cost-effectively. Own forecasting, inventory accuracy, vendor and 3PL management, device lifecycle and recovery, SKU simplification, KPIs, and cross-functional automation efforts to streamline fulfillment and reduce costs.

Own and execute core talent programs including performance reviews, goal setting, talent reviews, and IDP tracking. Manage Workday configuration and data accuracy, produce people metrics and reporting, coordinate talent review logistics, maintain training and HR resources, support HRBPs and L&D initiatives, and draft talent communications to drive consistent program delivery and leadership readiness.

Provide high-level administrative support to leadership, managing complex calendars, travel, inboxes, meeting logistics, notes/action tracking, expense reporting, budget coordination, and leading cross-functional projects and ad hoc initiatives.

Sell enterprise retail software by sourcing, qualifying, and closing complex deals. Manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles, build partner relationships, travel for meetings and pilots, maintain CRM hygiene, and coordinate with product and customer success teams.

Build and maintain full-stack, AI-native features for Cross River's data platform, including React UIs, Python APIs, LLM-powered agents, RAG, and natural-language-to-SQL experiences. Ensure secure, auditable model integration, data governance, and operational stability while collaborating across engineering and data teams.

Provide broad in-house legal support for a fast-growing fintech: commercial contracting, regulatory and compliance advice, employment and corporate governance support, manage outside counsel, and partner cross-functionally to translate legal risk into practical business guidance.
