Provides strategic legal counsel to insurance, group health, and employee benefits operations. Advises leadership on ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, state insurance regulations, compliance, risk management, transactions, and governance. Drafts and reviews commercial agreements, insurance policy forms, benefit plan documents, and M&A agreements. Supports regulatory examinations and filings, manages outside counsel, and advises on litigation and corporate matters.

Manages inside sales activities through phone and email, including quoting products, processing orders, recommending alternatives, prospecting new accounts, and expanding existing customer relationships. Supports outside sales personnel, follows proposals through the purchasing cycle, resolves customer issues, researches product applications, and reports market and competitor information.
