Provide professional client communication and support across Norgress brands: respond to inquiries, assist onboarding, route specialized issues, keep records, and help deliver a positive client experience in a remote, project-based environment.

Serve as Engineer of Record for industrial projects, leading electrical system design for food/beverage, cold storage, warehouse, and distribution facilities. Perform calculations, specifications, mentoring, review drawings, ensure code compliance across SD, DD, CD, and CA phases, and support construction administration and site visits.

Provide first-line IT support via ticketing, email, phone, and remote tools. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and business application issues; log and manage incidents; administer user accounts and access; manage onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning; coordinate procurement and inventory; support system upgrades, migrations, vendor solutions, and ensure security, compliance, and documentation across multiple locations.

Review and close residential mortgage loans ensuring full TRID and regulatory compliance. Reconcile LOS and funding data, issue closing instructions, coordinate with title companies, clear conditions, and support post-closing quality control and process improvements.

Manage complex supply chain workloads and act as subject-matter expert. Administer and negotiate master service agreements, purchase orders, subcontracts, and large contract portfolios. Develop contract governance, vendor management, sourcing, and risk mitigation processes. Support construction projects (data center experience preferred) and lead high-value competitive sourcing and solicitation activities.

Lead accounting for a growing multi-entity real estate portfolio: manage GAAP month- and year-end close, financial reporting, investor distributions, internal controls, systems improvements, and a high-performing accounting team while coordinating auditors and tax advisors.

Lead and supervise the sales team to drive hotel revenue through group, banquet, meeting, and leisure sales. Solicit new accounts, maintain and grow existing accounts, meet sales quotas (calls, site inspections, outside calls), manage bookings, coordinate with operations, represent the hotel at industry events, complete sales reporting, and promote positive guest relations and team environment.
