Translates creative briefs into cohesive, commercially viable designs while overseeing materials, finishes, construction standards, CAD specifications, vendor capabilities, quality, manufacturability, margins, and launch timing. Partners with merchandising, sourcing, planning, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams; leads design reviews and creative teams; develops proprietary materials; maintains design systems; and represents the brand externally. Domestic and international travel is expected.
