Conduct user research and content strategy to create clear, accessible digital experiences. Evaluate and improve information architecture, content models, navigation, and usability. Produce research syntheses, recommendations, wireframes, and prototypes. Collaborate with product owners, designers, developers, and stakeholders and present findings to inform design and product decisions within Agile environments.

Lead end-to-end product design for a core surface: frame ambiguous problems, set direction, ship high‑craft interaction and visual designs, prototype to production fidelity, partner cross‑functionally, lift design standards, and advance AI‑enabled design practices and design systems.

Create high-quality graphics, infographics, interactive PDF reports, PowerPoint presentations, diagrams, and visualizations to support traffic engineering and planning. Ensure brand consistency and formatting accuracy, incorporate feedback from stakeholders, manage multiple assignments, and meet short deadlines.

Create high-level environment concept art and visual guides for a new AAA title. Collaborate with art and design leads to define tone, produce 2D/3D blockouts, research reference, ensure technical feasibility, and support production through documentation, color scripts, and marketing assets.

Design and develop multimedia e-learning and instructional materials using ADDIE. Recommend platforms and tools, build and test SCORM courseware, create storyboards, scripts, and learner guides, coordinate with SMEs, evaluate course effectiveness, and support USAFSAM curriculum and validation activities.

Own end-to-end product design for Built’s platform: conduct user research, create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes, collaborate with PMs and engineers, maintain the design system, and mentor junior designers while using data and AI to inform decisions.
