Design polished digital assets across web, mobile, email, and social; translate brand guidelines into layouts, typography, and UI components; prepare production-ready files; collaborate with creative, marketing, and product partners; manage multiple projects, feedback cycles, and deadlines; present work, maintain documentation, and support junior designers while staying current on digital trends.

Lead client-facing brand projects from kickoff to delivery: develop logos, color systems, and collateral; present concepts and revisions; collaborate with design, web, and PM teams; manage multiple projects and timelines; maintain quality standards and client relationships while using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and generative AI tools.

The Senior Lead Product Designer will own the design process for AI products, translating complex concepts into user-friendly designs while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Create 3D visualizations and final illustrations from concept sketches, manage CMF (color, material, finish) libraries and bespoke client design assets, support product development, and deliver digital assets to the build team to ensure production matches approved designs.

Lead and scale design and motion execution across a division: manage Design and Edit Leads, QA high-priority assets, build scalable creative systems, integrate AI and tooling, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time, on-brand, performance-aligned deliverables.

Lead visual brand stewardship and art direction for proposals, presentations, and market materials. Manage a creative team, provide hands-on design and mentorship, streamline creative workflows, and produce data visualizations and interactive media. Partner with pursuit and operations teams, ensure design consistency and high-quality deliverables, and support occasional site visits and travel.

Lead UX Designer will lead product design across member journeys and internal tools from discovery through prototypes, testing, and shipped experiences. Own and evolve the design system (responsive, accessibility, localization, dark mode), produce clear specs for AI agents and engineers, review shipped work, iterate from user feedback, and partner closely with engineers, customers, and stakeholders.
