Lead design of the core Lindy Assistant experience: conduct user research and usability testing, define prototypes and visual language, iterate on micro-interactions and end-to-end flows, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and the founder to deliver a polished product.

Support Design Directors on washed product concepts by selecting color stories, fabrics, trims, and graphics; prepare presentation boards (illustrations, CAD, samples); research trends; create technical sketches and specs; collaborate with Technical Design and Production to maintain design intent through production.

Support the Materials Library by organizing and maintaining samples, assist with construction document and model preparation, perform documentation and presentation tasks, follow procedures, and propose creative solutions.

Design user-centered, functional, and visually appealing interfaces for digital products. Conduct user research, create personas and journey maps, collaborate with product managers and engineers, iterate based on feedback, and ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Support outreach by designing visual branding, infographics, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets. Collaborate with project staff, apply accessibility/usability best practices, maintain brand consistency, and incorporate feedback. Temporary hourly role through August 31, 2026, contingent on funding.

Lead and execute LOVE CORN's visual identity across packaging, social, digital, retail and campaign content. Concept, art-direct and deliver photography/video shoots, guide in-house creatives and external partners, use AI tools to scale testing and content, and translate cultural trends into bold brand moments.

Design and deliver user-centered interfaces for web and mobile, conduct user research and testing, extend design systems, create wireframes/prototypes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and apply AI/LLM tools to accelerate discovery and experimentation.
