SmartPropFirm
SmartPropFirm is building a complete ecosystem for prop traders, combining deals, tools, and education into one platform. We are looking for a Lead Designer to own design across product, brand, and growth.
This is a high ownership role where you will define how SmartPropFirm looks, feels, and converts.
What You’ll DoDesign and improve product interfaces, tools, and user flows
Create high quality visuals for landing pages, emails, and campaigns
Shape and evolve the visual identity
Design creatives for ads, social, and launches
Work closely with product and growth to improve conversion and UX
Maintain consistency across all touchpoints
Build and improve design systems
Strong portfolio with modern, high quality work
Experience designing for web products and digital platforms
Strong understanding of UI, UX, and visual hierarchy
Ability to balance aesthetics with performance and conversion
Comfort working in a fast paced startup environment
High ownership and ability to execute independently
Attention to detail and strong design taste
Bonus: experience in fintech, trading, or futures prop firms, design systems, motion design, or growth marketing

Smart Prop Firm (SPF) is a platform designed to simplify and improve the proprietary trading ecosystem by providing traders with better tools, transparent reward systems, and a centralized marketplace for prop firm opportunities. It acts as a research and comparison platform for prop traders, helping them evaluate firms and make informed funding decisions.
