Lead the Americas Sales Strategy & Transformation team as a strategic partner to the Americas GM. Define long-range GTM and sales plans, drive high-impact initiatives, use advanced analytics to inform executive recommendations, present to C-level leaders, and coordinate cross-functional execution while developing team capabilities and PMO rhythms.

Provide strategic leadership for enterprise learning and development, including strategy, governance, LMS and digital platforms, vendor and budget oversight, learning measurement, leadership and career development, and cross-functional partnership to drive workforce capability and organizational performance.

Provide administrative support including payroll and timesheet management, recordkeeping, scheduling, phone/mail handling, office supplies and equipment oversight, drafting correspondence and reports, assisting with accounts payable and vendor statement reconciliation, and supporting event check-in and other event-driven duties. Hours vary with event schedules and occasional travel may be required.

Lead and execute IT projects for clients including scoping, SOWs, server and network builds, migrations, documentation, Level 3 escalation support, and technical client onboarding.

Partner with executive leadership to drive enterprise strategy, build board-facing analyses, and design the company operating model. Own prioritization, planning cadences, KPIs, reporting frameworks, and cross-functional initiatives. Translate strategy into structured plans, leverage data and analytics to inform decisions, and support forecasting and scenario analysis with Finance.

Serve as the firms first point of contact by answering and routing calls, resolving routine client inquiries, and maintaining case records in Filevine. Manage incoming/outgoing mail, prepare shipments, track sensitive documents, and support general office administration. Maintain confidentiality, meet service-level expectations, and identify process improvements to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

Respond to and document accident calls, communicate with drivers and emergency personnel, investigate incidents, coordinate with insurers and cleanup crews, use AS400/Tenstreet to record data, ensure regulatory compliance and escalate serious injuries or fatalities.

Lead and expand national account relationships, identify new business opportunities, manage pipeline and forecasts in Microsoft Dynamics, negotiate contracts, train and develop account teams, and drive sales growth across the region with frequent travel.

Coordinate and schedule transportation orders, prepare and process shipping and customs documentation, update order management systems, track and manage shipments, execute client/vendor billing, communicate with customers and partners, ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs, and escalate issues as needed.

Support daily property operations and leasing at a luxury apartment community. Assist with leasing, resident retention, accounts and collections, team hiring and training, marketing, and achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals while maintaining property standards and compliance.
