Group Product Manager, Forecourt Experience

Location: Any Circle K Business Unit Location

Team: Global Digital Retail Experience

Circle K is on an exciting journey to evolve how customers experience the forecourt — from the moment they pull up to the pump to the moment they drive away. As part of our expanding Global Digital Retail Experience organization, we are looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our Forecourt Experience product group.

This is a high-impact leadership role at the heart of Circle K's core business. You will shape the product vision for one of our most fundamental customer touchpoints — the moment a customer arrives on-site. It's an experience that touches an enormous volume of transactions every day across our network globally, and one with real room to innovate. You'll lead a team of Product Managers and help set the direction for this experience for years to come.

This role is also an opportunity to shape how we work. You'll champion strong product process and disciplined, right-sized investment decisions across a broad set of partners. You'll bring a persistent, patient focus to a large organization, translate business stakeholders' needs into a shared vision they help co-create, and build the kind of trust and consistency that makes great cross-team work possible over time.

What You'll Do

Lead the Forecourt Experience Team

  • Lead and grow a team of Product Managers, establishing how the group operates and prioritizes.
  • Coach the team on product craft, forecourt-specific constraints (hardware, connectivity, payments, dispenser integration), and data-informed prioritization.
  • Create a product culture that treats the forecourt as both a commercial and an operational surface — not just a screen.

Set the Vision & Strategy for the Site Experience

  • Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the customer's arrival experience, balancing commercial opportunity with a strict no-harm bar on core operational metrics.
  • Own the product strategy for growing engagement on-site.
  • Establish clear guardrails and instrumentation so commercial experiments never degrade the core customer experience.

Champion Product Process & Ways of Working

  • Evangelize consistent product process and prioritization discipline across a broad set of technology and business partners.
  • Interpret and translate the needs of diverse business stakeholders into a coherent product vision, co-created rather than dictated.
  • Make right-sized investment decisions that balance scope, impact, and long-term value.
  • Bring a persistent, patient focus and the diplomacy to build trust and alignment over time, knowing when to push and when to hold back.

Lead Technology Modernization Efforts

  • Partner with regional business and technology leadership to plan and deliver hardware and technology modernization initiatives.
  • Coordinate across markets, vendors, and store operations to sequence rollouts of this scale with minimal disruption.
  • Align roadmaps across regions where standardization creates leverage, while respecting local regulatory and hardware differences.

Partner Across Business, Tech, and Store Operations

  • Serve as the primary product partner to Circle K's fuel business leadership, translating business priorities into a coherent product roadmap.
  • Work closely with engineering, hardware and forecourt controller vendors, UX, data & analytics, and store operations to deliver reliable experiences in real-world station environments.
  • Coordinate with adjacent product groups across the broader digital retail organization to ensure a consistent customer experience end-to-end.
  • Define and report on the KPIs that matter most for the group, and use them to guide trade-offs between growth and operational reliability.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of product management experience, including experience leading or mentoring Product Managers.
  • Track record leading and scaling product areas with significant ambiguity and high transaction volume.
  • Experience with hardware-integrated or physical-environment digital products (e.g., kiosks, POS, IoT, forecourt/pump systems, or similar field-deployed technology).
  • Proven ability to build alignment and drive change across a broad set of technology and business partners without direct authority.
  • Ability to set direction and coach a team through both discovery and delivery.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior business leaders across multiple regions.
  • Comfort holding two goals in tension — commercial growth and operational reliability — and making disciplined trade-offs between them.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fuel retail, convenience, forecourt technology, or petroleum/POS systems.
  • Familiarity with pump-side hardware, forecourt controllers, dispenser media/screens, or EMV payment integration.
  • Experience with loyalty, retail media, or monetization products in a physical retail environment.
  • Experience leading multi-market or multi-region product rollouts, including EU market or regulatory exposure.

Who You Are

  • A leader who is energized by shaping high-volume, high-visibility experiences at the core of the business.
  • A natural coach who enjoys developing people and elevating product craft.
  • Optimistic and resourceful — you bring energy to complex, cross-functional environments rather than waiting for structure to appear.
  • A skilled, trust-based influencer who brings partners along rather than mandating direction, and who knows the difference between pushing hard and pushing too far.
  • Structured and pragmatic — comfortable in a space with real hardware, physical rollout, and operational constraints, not just software.
  • Commercially minded but operationally disciplined: you protect the core transaction while you grow engagement around it.
  • Collaborative across a global, matrixed organization, and able to bring clarity and alignment to diverse regional stakeholders.
