Leads software quality assurance for embedded, application, cloud, and manufacturing software used in medical devices. Develops quality plans, performs software risk analyses, reviews validation documentation and traceability, qualifies suppliers, investigates software issues and field events, and manages changes, regression testing, vulnerabilities, patching, and post-market risk updates. Ensures compliance with medical-device software standards, FDA guidance, design controls, and quality-system requirements.

Lead and build the Quality Assurance program for Credit Review by conducting QA reviews, evolving KPI/OKR reporting, tracking issue remediation, analyzing QA trends, supporting audits and regulatory exams, and preparing Board and management reporting to improve consistency and control across the credit review function.

Lead quality engineering for assigned medical device product lines: investigate failures, manage nonconformances, update risk analyses, define inspection plans, trend metrics, drive supplier quality, approve ECNs, and support validation and quality system improvements.
