Provides technical support for employees and contractors across desktop systems, servers, accounts, peripherals, networks, facilities technology, and corporate applications. Responsibilities include ticket escalation, ServiceNow queue management, onboarding and offboarding, asset inventory, meeting and event support, knowledge-base maintenance, troubleshooting, procurement coordination, and participation in IT infrastructure projects. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, Linux, mobile, cloud, and Active Directory environments.
