Support agency teams by building timelines, tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and assisting with scope, estimates, and budget tracking. Monitor hours, burn rates, and financial reporting; participate in meetings, identify risks, and contribute to process improvements while learning agency workflow systems.
