Lead the architectural evolution of Xometry’s core platform and enterprise integrations. Design scalable, high-performance services embedded in partner PLM environments, integrate production machine-learning pipelines, and enable real-time geometry analysis and procurement workflows. Establish engineering standards, reliability and security practices, data-governance controls, and multi-tenant deployment patterns. Drive cross-functional technical strategy, mentor engineers, influence senior leadership and partners, and oversee execution of major platform initiatives.

Own the strategy, roadmap, and technical direction for Xometry’s Sourcing and Job Board products. Lead marketplace matching, partner offer prioritization, job acceptance funnels, experimentation, KPI analysis, and margin optimization. Collaborate with Pricing and Machine Learning teams, mentor product managers, influence executive stakeholders, and improve marketplace liquidity, match quality, partner engagement, and sourcing performance.

Own supplier-side pricing, yield, monetization, retention, and churn analytics for a B2B marketplace. Build predictive models, dashboards, data models, pricing frameworks, cohort analyses, and A/B tests. Partner with product, operations, engineering, sales, finance, and customer success leaders to identify revenue opportunities, optimize advertising and incentive programs, improve supplier retention, and translate complex marketplace dynamics into actionable business decisions.

Own end-to-end technical program management for Xometry’s Pricing & Manufacturability portfolio, including pricing, DFM, Drawing AI, CAD, and ML model initiatives. Coordinate engineering, product, data science, operations, sales, and finance teams through planning, execution, staged rollout, production monitoring, and post-launch optimization. Establish scalable TPM processes, manage risks and dependencies, communicate with executives, and drive continuous improvement across multi-team software and ML programs.

Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of scalable machine learning systems, including the AI/ML integration connecting Xometry with partner manufacturing platforms. Build real-time ML serving, data pipelines, MLOps, governance, monitoring, and observability. Drive technical roadmaps, optimize latency and throughput, ensure software quality and security, collaborate across engineering and product teams, and mentor engineers while delivering production AI capabilities.

Leads major cross-functional ML and AI initiatives, owns an 18–24-month technical roadmap, and influences engineering, product, operations, and business priorities. Architectures scalable end-to-end ML systems, advances generative AI and 2D/3D modeling capabilities, removes technical and operational obstacles, mentors teams, and drives measurable revenue, cost, quality, and efficiency improvements. Serves as a subject-matter expert for ML infrastructure, data pipelines, model governance, tooling, and production operations.

Develop reusable ML tooling and libraries, collaborate with data scientists to productionize models, build services and APIs (Docker/Linux), follow engineering best practices, and support project lifecycle from intake to maintenance.

Summer data science internship working on ML projects (anomaly detection, numerical optimization, PII/PHI NLP). Interns will develop models, write high-quality Python, use Linux and development tools, work with git, Docker, CI/CD and Kubernetes, participate in code reviews and agile rituals, and present results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Develop and productionize AI features from PoC to scalable deployments. Write production-ready Python code, implement testing and debugging, refine user stories, participate in ethical and security reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
