Design scalable, high-performance services embedded in partner PLM environments, integrate production machine-learning pipelines, and enable real-time geometry analysis and procurement workflows. Establish engineering standards, reliability and security practices, data-governance controls, and multi-tenant deployment patterns. Drive cross-functional technical strategy, mentor engineers, influence senior leadership and partners, and oversee execution of major platform initiatives.

Lead the architecture and development of a native integration between Xometry’s AI-powered marketplace and an enterprise CAD/PLM platform. Build scalable microservices and geometry-processing pipelines delivering real-time manufacturability and pricing insights. Own integration reliability, security, monitoring, and multi-quarter technical roadmaps while partnering with external engineering teams. Mentor engineers, establish AI development standards, and guide cross-team architectural decisions for enterprise-grade marketplace workflows.

Lead the architectural evolution of Xometry’s core platform and enterprise integrations. The role requires influencing senior leadership and external partners, ensuring enterprise reliability, security, governance, and multi-tenant deployment excellence while mentoring engineers and driving strategic initiatives into production.

Develop reusable ML tooling and libraries, collaborate with data scientists to productionize models, build services and APIs (Docker/Linux), follow engineering best practices, and support project lifecycle from intake to maintenance.

Provides technical leadership for scalable, cloud-based software systems. Designs architecture, delivers full-stack solutions, promotes CI/CD and agentic engineering practices, breaks down complex problems, and mentors engineers through code reviews, pairing, and documentation. Collaborates with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver customer-focused enhancements. Preferred experience includes TypeScript, React, GraphQL, C#, MongoDB, AWS, video technologies, mobile development, financial transaction systems, and sports technology.
