The Executive IT Support Engineer provides high-level tech support to executives, managing complex issues, ensuring service quality, and enhancing the digital workplace experience.

Lead solution delivery and operational support for the Manhattan Active Omni (MAO) platform. Manage configuration, testing, releases, vendors and IT team members. Own integrations with payments, eCommerce, WMS, ERP and BI systems. Provide change management, documentation, training materials, and root-cause troubleshooting to support omni-channel retail operations.

Provides first-level escalated IT support by diagnosing hardware, software, operating system, network, account, and peripheral issues.
