Lead design, development, and execution of manual and automated test plans across UI, API and database layers. Build and maintain test automation frameworks, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, manage regression suites, track and prioritize defects, and drive QA metrics, risk mitigation, and process improvements within Agile/DevOps teams.

Lead QA Engineer responsible for manual and automation test efforts including designing and building test cases, managing QA processes, and mentoring team members. Experience in B2B/B2C software quality assurance is essential.
