Develop and execute a diversified fundraising program across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, grants, sponsorships, and crowdfunding. Identify and cultivate donors and partners, write proposals and cases for support, run digital campaigns, build stewardship programs, set targets and reporting, and translate complex medical information into donor-facing messaging.

Lead customer experience for a new product line: manage a book of merchants, drive adoption and expansion, build playbooks and enablement, influence product roadmap, and own data-driven reporting to scale customer success.

Provide exceptional hospitality and sales guidance to customers, meet individual sales targets, maintain product knowledge and Trek University Guide status, handle merchandising, cycle counts, assemble/pre-assemble bicycles, and prep customer bikes for service while supporting daily store operations.
