Manage and direct community development operations including planning, zoning, building safety, code compliance, and economic development. Lead staff, prepare budgets and policies, advise Town leadership, review plans and permits, engage developers and the public, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Own and grow strategic semiconductor end-user and OEM accounts across the U.S. Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities for INFICON products, provide technical guidance on vacuum and process technologies, prepare quotes and forecasts, negotiate contracts, collaborate with internal teams, represent INFICON at trade events, and support territory sales and market expansion.

Lead month-end close activities, reconciliations, and year-end audit preparation; apply judgment on process and risk; drive process improvements and root-cause analysis; collaborate across teams to support consolidated financial reporting and profitability.

Provide in-house legal support focused on labor and employment matters, manage litigation, draft and review employment and commercial contracts, advise on data protection and cybersecurity, support securities and regulatory filings, develop policies and training, and manage outside counsel.

Serve as HR Business Partner to Commercial leaders, delivering talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, change management, workforce analytics, and integrated HR solutions. Coach leaders, drive adoption of HR programs, resolve employee relations issues, support engagement and retention, and use HR systems and data to inform decisions and improve HR effectiveness.

Support mechanical design engineering tasks including learning engineering processes, preparing submittals, assisting field surveys, performing basic calculations, using computer-aided engineering systems, and writing technical reports. Develop communication and professional relationship skills while working independently under supervision.

Provide software configuration management support for the AEGIS program including CCB support, maintaining CM processes and SOPs, generating reports, performing audits, QA of configuration data, and attending milestone meetings.
