Manage daily office operations, facilities, supplies, vendors, mail, shipments, invoices, budgets, safety protocols, visitor access, onboarding logistics, events, employee gifts, and general administrative support. Interns own scoped projects, work with mentors, and demonstrate results. Projects may include safe-stop and human-avoidance behaviors or manipulation from moving platforms on rough terrain.

Develop and optimize direct mail, email, and SMS communications for transportation and collections programs. Manage channel calendars, templates, compliance reviews, vendors, and cross-functional initiatives. Build dashboards and analyze delivery, response, payment, opt-out, cost, and ROI metrics. Lead content testing, identify improvements, and translate campaign insights into recommendations for senior management while ensuring contractual, regulatory, budget, and performance requirements are met.

Design and document enterprise technology architectures, roadmaps, integrations, and cloud solutions for DHS hosting environments using Azure, AWS, and TRIRIGA/Maximo. Ensure compliance with DHS enterprise architecture standards, FedRAMP, ATO, and browser-independent responsive design requirements. Provide technical guidance, resolve complex IT issues, support application integrations with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure services, and communicate solutions to technical and managerial stakeholders. The role also manages people and supports migration and implementation initiatives.
