Build frontier-AI prototypes that evaluate ambiguous product bets and inform Dia’s product direction. Develop interactive demos, agent experiments, evaluation workflows, and context-engineering approaches; assess technical tradeoffs; create prototypes suitable for production handoff; share learnings with product and engineering leaders; and improve prototyping and evaluation infrastructure. Collaborate with hiring managers, support employer branding, coordinate background and reference checks, assist with onboarding, maintain compliance records, and provide a positive candidate experience. The role also requires clearing daily case management system feeds and emails.

Design and detail mechanical products in SolidWorks, including sheet metal parts and assemblies. Apply design-for-manufacturability principles, create engineering documentation, and support R&D across product lines.
