Coordinates CMBS REO reporting operations, including tracking bank accounts, insurance, financial packages, receivership status, sweeps, refunds, reimbursements, invoices, and funding requests. Reviews reporting packages for completeness, follows up with property managers and servicers, obtains approvals, manages insurance documentation, and provides administrative support to the REO Reporting Team.

Provides administrative and student services support at a college campus. Coordinates continuing education, CDL testing records, adult education assessments, exams, facility agreements, room scheduling, technology troubleshooting, student registration, payments, events, and communications. Supports instructors and students, maintains confidential records, secures the facility, participates in training and committees, and backfills departmental functions as needed.

Supports infrastructure engineering projects involving hydraulic, water infrastructure, dam and levee safety, and construction management. Define success metrics, demonstrate platform impact, lead training and business reviews, manage renewal forecasting and negotiations, identify expansion opportunities, and build scalable customer success processes and playbooks. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Operations on customer discovery, case studies, and events. Travel approximately 25% for customer meetings.

Designs and implements enterprise AWS solutions for contact centers, primarily using Amazon Connect and Salesforce Service Cloud Voice. Responsibilities include developing integrations, configuring cloud services, advising on technical requirements, leading development teams, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting, documenting solutions, and training users. The role requires programming proficiency, AWS architecture knowledge, infrastructure automation, CI/CD experience, and the ability to lead technical delivery with minimal direction.

Provide paralegal support to in-house counsel: maintain legal records, review contracts and leases, monitor litigation, assist with corporate governance and compliance, draft resolutions and borrower correspondence, and manage document systems and attorney-directed tasks.

Supports recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, employee onboarding, training coordination, HR reporting, audits, compliance, and HRIS data integrity. Serves as a day-to-day resource for employees and managers, coordinates benefits enrollment and communications, maintains required documentation, and partners with Finance and corporate HR teams on reporting and cross-functional initiatives.
