Manage fiber optic connectivity product lines through market analysis, pricing, forecasting, NPI coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive product strategy, supplier qualification, launches, and sales support while ensuring supply continuity and customer satisfaction in data center and telecom markets.

Manage the full project lifecycle from concept to closeout: develop scopes, produce line-item estimates, prepare subcontractor bid packages, schedule and supervise subcontractors, conduct site visits, negotiate with clients, and ensure final documentation and deliverables are submitted.

Design and develop electronic products and processes, ensure manufacturability, perform hardware testing and integration, lead design reviews, create validation test programs, and provide documentation, debugging, and manufacturing support.

Lead commercial HVAC construction projects from estimate to closeout: manage budgets, contracts, change orders, procurement, cost control, documentation, quality, safety, and stakeholder communication to deliver projects within profit targets.

Generate new business by prospecting and building relationships with industrial and manufacturing customers. Manage and grow an assigned territory, create a sales pipeline, deliver consultative compressed-air solutions, collaborate with service and technical teams, and meet sales goals.

Own and execute end-to-end demand generation: build paid and lifecycle campaigns, manage audiences and marketing automation in HubSpot, implement tracking (GTM, UTMs, conversion tracking), partner on product launches, and report on pipeline performance to drive qualified pipeline for government contractors.
