Manage job postings, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, partner with hiring managers, maintain ATS records, support onboarding, HR compliance, and recruiting administration.

Process vendor invoices, manage vendor records, assist vendor payments and weekly cash disbursements, reconcile vendor statements and balance sheets, approve T&E expenses, prepare month-end accruals, and identify AP process improvements while ensuring ERP accuracy and policy compliance.

Lead and scale Vibrant's data science, ML, and AI function: set strategy and governance, oversee applied research and production ML (especially NLP), ensure HIPAA-compliant deployments, partner with execs and engineering, recruit and mentor teams, and deliver measurable outcomes for crisis services and enterprise initiatives.
