Lead cross-functional teams to define and deliver Roadside Assistance (RSA) platform enhancements. Own the product roadmap, backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate with Sales, Ops, Compliance, and external partners; manage releases, scope, risk, QA, and go-to-market activities to deliver compliant, scalable, revenue-driven solutions.

Plan and execute VIP events, vehicle unveilings, driving experiences and premium vehicle deliveries. Manage logistics, vendors, hospitality, concierge services, showroom standards, customer follow-up, and coordinate with Sales and Service. Support event-related marketing and travel as needed to deliver white-glove experiences for high-net-worth clients.

Sell and deliver vehicles to customers: guide buyers to the right vehicle, handle delivery, provide excellent customer service, coordinate with F&I staff who handle financing paperwork.
