Interim editor responsible for day-to-day editing and publishing of the Brew Markets daily newsletter. Assigns stories, shapes angles and headlines, ensures accuracy and brand voice, coordinates with designers and data viz, manages breaking news and last-minute changes, and maintains editorial workflows during a leave period.

Build and maintain Talos' foundational platform infrastructure: high-performance API gateways (FIX, WebSocket, REST), Aeron-based low-latency messaging, and sequencer/market-data pipelines. Solve hard distributed-systems problems (ordering, determinism, active-active, zero-downtime), ensure throughput and latency requirements, and provide reusable service primitives. Own projects end-to-end and lead technical decisions across abstraction layers.

Sell new and used vehicles, provide exceptional customer service in-person and virtually, guide customers through demos and test drives, work with finance to secure deals, complete paperwork, maintain product knowledge, follow dealership sales process, and build follow-up prospect systems.

Lead modernization of finance and business systems: implement and integrate modern finance software, leverage AI and automation, build dashboards, manage external service providers, drive margin and profitability improvements, and provide operational financial insights across taprooms, brewery production, and wholesale.

Drive Lean-based continuous improvement in assembly and warehouse operations through value stream mapping, time studies, Kaizen events, DMAIC, and poka-yoke solutions. Analyze first-pass yield, implement visual controls and new technologies, prepare training materials, and support operational targets to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Lead post-sale strategy and team to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, and net revenue retention for public-safety customers. Run renewals, support expansion with Sales, refine customer health scoring, improve onboarding, act as executive sponsor for top accounts, and hire and coach the Customer Success team. Must be hands-on and travel to customer sites.

Embed with CPG operations teams to own end-to-end customer onboarding, map purchase-order-to-cash workflows, build and troubleshoot integrations (EDI, ERP, accounting), translate operational needs into data models and product features, and act as the technical bridge between customers and engineering.

Provides strategic leadership for curriculum, instructional quality, SEL, and professional learning across afterschool, summer, early learning, and grant-funded programs. Leads curriculum strategy, quality assurance (YPQA, Summer Learning PQA), instructional coaching, data-driven improvement, budget management, and supervision of instructional staff to ensure aligned, high-quality youth development programming.

Design and implement secure, scalable AWS cloud architectures; support cloud migrations, automate infrastructure, build cloud-native services, troubleshoot production issues, and train teams on cloud best practices.

Design, develop, and validate SAS programs for clinical data analysis, supervise projects, generate analysis datasets, and ensure programming standards compliance.
