Serves as the dealership’s first point of contact by answering calls, greeting and directing customers, coordinating introductions, scheduling sales appointments, and supporting sales and internal teams. Supports LATAM and Canada product marketing by managing e-commerce and website listings, SAP SKU registration, product specifications, packaging and labeling reviews, sample orders, sell sheets, marketing expenses, and compliance. Coordinates product launches and SKU lifecycles across Sales, Demand Planning, QA/QC, Marketing, and international teams. Requires strong organization, communication, cross-functional collaboration, Microsoft Office proficiency, and basic CPG product information experience.

Leads virtual cinematography and game capture for marketing trailers, directing capture sessions and translating creative briefs into cinematic gameplay footage. Builds and mentors capture teams, develops capture pipelines, manages pre-release builds and developer tools, and collaborates with creative, editorial, post-production, publisher, and development teams. Serves as the technical and creative authority in client meetings while delivering high-quality footage across AAA and indie titles.

Provides administrative and workforce support for hiring, personnel actions, staffing documentation, training requests, and workforce tracking. Prepares and monitors personnel action packages, maintains staffing databases and documentation, tracks vacancies and training, supports managers, records meetings, and recommends process improvements while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Lead end-to-end digital product design, including research, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, visual and interaction design, usability testing, and design system development. Collaborate with product managers, developers, merchandising, and stakeholders to create accessible, responsive customer experiences aligned with brand standards and business goals. Maintain design documentation, support ecommerce enhancements, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Manage the CRM platform’s administration, configuration, maintenance, customization, integrations, upgrades, data quality, reporting, user access, and troubleshooting. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored CRM solutions, support customer 360 initiatives, and coordinate training. Ensure compliance with banking risk-management policies and provide consistent user support.

Manage the New Mexico territory by building relationships with independent insurance agencies, generating new business, growing revenue and market share, training agency partners, and implementing territory strategies. The role requires extensive travel, industry and competitor research, event representation, account management, and collaboration with internal teams. Strong communication, organization, autonomy, and data analysis skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree is required; bilingual English/Spanish and prior sales or customer service experience are preferred.

Oversees employee relations, HR compliance, policies, performance management, benefits administration, personnel records, HRIS processes, training, workers’ compensation, leave programs, and regulatory reporting. The role investigates employee issues, supports employment agreements, manages HR projects and process improvements, and ensures compliance with wage-and-hour, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, EEOC, and related federal and state requirements.
