Position Summary: 

We are looking for a proactive, highly organized Product Marketing Specialist to support our LATAM and Canada Business Management team. This role will work cross-functionally with teams across LATAM, the US, and Korea to support new product launches and manage the end-to-end SKU lifecycle. The ideal candidate will coordinate closely with Sales, Demand Planning, TQR, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to ensure product information, specifications, packaging, and SKUs are accurately managed and ready for market. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Catalog & Brand Website Management: Manage the creation, auditing, and publishing of product listings across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger) and the brand website, ensuring accuracy and consistency across product titles, descriptions, specifications, and technical attributes.

  • SAP SKU Management: Manage SKU registration and maintenance in SAP, including SKU list management, UPC creation, plant localization, and export registration.

  • Design Review: Partner with TQR (QA/QC) to review and approve new product artwork, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with product specifications.

  • Product Specification Sheets: Create and maintain product specification sheets containing key product information, including Nutrition Facts Panel (NFP), ingredient lists, barcode information, packaging details, and product design.

  • Sample Coordination: Create sample request POs in SAP and coordinate the fulfillment and distribution of samples requested by the Marketing team.

  • Sell Sheets & Sales Support Materials: Support the development of product education materials, training resources, sell sheets, and other sales tools for internal teams and retail partners.

  • Marketing Expense Management: Consolidate monthly Marketing team expenses and coordinate required expense approvals and documentation.

  • Packaging & Labeling: Coordinate packaging and labeling adaptations, ensuring alignment with regulatory claims, market requirements, and country-specific compliance standards.

  • Marketing & Product Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials, product information, and claims comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in FMCG or Food and Beverage industry preferred

  • Experience working within cross-functional and HQ matrix organizations

  • Basic understanding and experience managing CPG SKUs and product information

  • systems

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and

  • deadlines simultaneously

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across multicultural and cross-

  • regional teams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required


The base salary for this position is between $26.00/hr and $33.00/hr.. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
