Serves as the Workday HRIS subject matter expert, leading system implementations, upgrades, configurations, integrations, releases, reporting, EIB data uploads, and Tier 2 support. Partners with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, improve HR processes, guide ERP roadmap decisions, and mentor junior team members. The role also contributes to cross-functional AI initiatives and enterprise HR systems optimization.

Administers financial well-being benefits, primarily 401(k), 403(b), and 457(b) retirement plans. Responsibilities include employee support, payroll coordination, deductions and contribution reconciliation, compliance audits, Form 5500 filings, vendor management, data analysis, reporting, system testing, process improvements, documentation, and employee communications. The role partners with Payroll, HRIS, Finance, vendors, auditors, and consultants to ensure accurate administration and regulatory compliance.

Design, train, and interpret foundation models for multimodal sensor data. Develop representation learning, multimodal alignment, self-supervised learning, and model adaptation methods. Diagnose limitations and failure modes, design experiments, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate research into production systems.

Independently own and support business-critical applications: production support, monitoring, upgrades, incident response, vendor coordination, change management, documentation, automation (PowerShell/Python), and on-call/weekend support to ensure application stability, resiliency, and alignment with business needs.

Own and scale customer advocacy and engagement programs, including reference networks, lifecycle touchpoints, customer stories, case studies, testimonials, and milestone announcements. Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Product Marketing, and leadership to identify customer success stories, build a roster of advocates, support references and events, and measure effects on retention, advocacy, and pipeline.

Build and lead Obsidian’s threat intelligence function by collecting and synthesizing external intelligence, assessing threats to SaaS products and corporate infrastructure, producing actionable intelligence, and defining intelligence requirements. Conduct threat hunts across cloud, SaaS, endpoint, and product environments; write detections, manage indicators, support incident investigations, contribute to purple-team exercises, and serve as customer zero by testing and improving the company’s security product.

Provides frontline customer service to library patrons across library locations, the call center, and bookmobile. Assists with information searches, e-books, library resources, reader advisory, referrals, equipment use, programs, classes, tours, and community outreach. Supports collection maintenance, instructional materials, and databases while protecting patron privacy and resolving concerns. This is an on-call, temporary role working up to 25 hours weekly, including possible evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Partners with leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, organizational changes, policies, onboarding, leave administration, compensation, talent management, succession planning, and HR transactions. Maintains accurate Workday data and HR records, supports recruiting and immigration programs, conducts audits, answers HR questions, and improves processes while ensuring compliance and confidentiality.

Own Tribe’s corporate security, compliance, AI governance, and client-facing security programs. Lead SOC 2 and future certification efforts, enterprise security reviews, risk management, security controls, incident response, vendor risk, and Trust Center operations. Establish governance for AI agents, assistants, model providers, and subprocessors while partnering with engineering on architecture reviews, threat modeling, secure SDLC, data flows, and production readiness. Translate customer requirements into scalable security controls and operating processes.

Leads budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, reporting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and KPI monitoring for operational departments. Partners with business leaders and headquarters to provide financial insights, improve cost control and margins, optimize performance, streamline processes, and support strategic initiatives. Reviews month-end results and challenges assumptions to help teams meet financial targets.

Lead and grow strategic relationships across a portfolio of enterprise accounts (10-20), owning commercial strategy, renewals, expansions, and forecasting. Act as trusted advisor to senior marketing leaders, align account plans to measurable business outcomes, and collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Consulting, Product, Finance, and leadership to drive adoption and long-term growth.

Lead end-to-end execution of Navy WEXMAC 2.0 task orders, managing program P&L, rapid-response delivery, vendor/partner networks, and logistics/transportation/supply/base support while serving as primary customer interface and ensuring federal compliance.
