Manage engineering managers and individual contributors, guide technical direction with senior engineers, own third-party payment integrations, and partner with Product and Commercial on payment capabilities and priorities. Drive cross-team initiatives, develop talent, and balance product delivery with foundational architecture investments.

Prospect hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and recruitment firms through phone, email, and social media to generate Talent Finder opportunities. Research accounts, identify decision-makers, qualify inbound and outbound leads, communicate platform value, schedule discovery calls and demos, document activity in Salesforce, manage funnel metrics, and meet monthly and quarterly quotas. Partner with sales teams on territory planning and land-and-expand strategies while developing toward a full-cycle sales role.

Manage the full enterprise sales cycle across North America, including outbound prospecting, inbound lead management, product demonstrations, solution selling, negotiations, closing, and some account management. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, develop C-suite relationships, communicate Perk’s value proposition, maintain Salesforce records, and collaborate with Marketing to improve lead generation and qualification.

Recruit technical and engineering talent through sourcing, screening, relationship building, and full-cycle recruiting.
