Leads the Talent Programs team and partners with HR, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, HRIS, and business stakeholders. Drives change management, program adoption, leadership development, talent assessment, and succession processes while using analytics to measure effectiveness and inform talent decisions.

Provide end-to-end customer support through phone, email, and other channels. Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, triage escalations, identify recurring problems, and relay customer feedback. Build client relationships, support product adoption and retention, develop client-success programs, analyze data for insights, and recommend product improvements. The role also involves maintaining product and industry expertise, collaborating with the CX team, and assisting with projects and administrative work.
