Serve as primary client contact for assigned managed clients, coordinate operations and escalations, ensure service delivery quality and contract alignment, drive retention and renewals, maintain account plans and technology roadmaps, recommend upsell opportunities, collaborate with internal teams, report KPIs, and lead executive-level client communications.

Maintain accurate customer data in the TMS, coordinate with capacity/dispatch, resolve shipment issues, upsell services, and cultivate long-term client and carrier relationships.

Create, shoot, and edit high-performing short-form vertical video and static ads for Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok. Build and execute a creative testing roadmap with paid media, analyze performance metrics (e.g., Hook Rate, CTR) to iterate on creatives, produce trend-driven organic content, and collaborate with growth, copy, and creative teams.

Provide bilingual (French/English) customer support via email and phone; enter and own orders within 24-hour turnaround, ensure pricing and product accuracy, communicate order status and delays, handle ETA/tracking and basic product inquiries, and collaborate cross-functionally.

Year-long apprenticeship to train entry-level candidates in AI, data engineering, cloud, and software development through structured learning, hands-on projects, mentorship, and industry certifications. Apprentices work on data engineering, cloud modernization, generative AI/LLM projects, and internal automation while learning responsible AI, data governance, and consulting skills, then transition into full-time STS roles.

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML/AI solutions (RAG, retrieval, embeddings, knowledge graphs) on cloud platforms. Build ingestion pipelines, implement secure self-hosted models, ensure PHI/PII compliance, advise clients, mentor team members, and deliver measurable outcomes.
