Hunter-style SMB account executive responsible for acquiring new small and medium business accounts via prospecting, cold-calling, networking, and lead generation. Recommend T-Mobile solutions, negotiate and close deals, manage sales funnel and forecasts using sales automation, and participate in training and coaching to develop selling skills.

Generate qualified pipeline via outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Research accounts, engage executives, schedule meetings for AEs, support ABM and events, maintain CRM activity, collaborate with marketing, sales, partners, and report on pipeline and outreach performance.

The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Revenue Strategy, and Account Strategy teams to optimize pricing, track spending commitments, and support profitable growth. It requires strong analytical, financial reporting, Excel, communication, and organizational skills.

Lead high-impact consumer data science initiatives across experimentation, causal inference, analytics, search, personalization, and product measurement. Set technical standards and multi-quarter analytics roadmaps, mentor data scientists, develop AI-native workflows and self-service tools, and communicate recommendations to product, engineering, and executive stakeholders. The role requires independent ownership of ambiguous analytical problems and technical leadership without formal people management.

Drives adoption and growth of new products and complex solutions for defense and intelligence customers. Builds relationships with senior personnel and operational users, translates customer workflows into product capabilities, identifies business opportunities, and supports sales and marketing with positioning, proposals, workshops, training, and customer engagements. Requires active Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, defense or intelligence community experience, technical product knowledge, and travel up to 50%.

Lead APU development projects from initiation through completion, defining scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables. Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, monitor quality and progress, manage changes, mitigate risks, provide technical guidance, and present status updates to stakeholders. The role requires aerospace or mechanical engineering expertise and may involve gas turbine engine development, testing, aircraft installation, and requirements management using DOORS Next.

Responsible for end-to-end product management, collaborating across teams to deliver software solutions and enhance user experiences, especially using AI tools.
