Product-focused senior engineer to shape roadmap and build full-stack features across frontend (TypeScript/SvelteKit) and backend (Python/Pydantic/FastAPI). Sell new-season premium seats and group packages to businesses by prospecting, closing deals, and managing client relationships. Develop sales strategies, use CRM/Archtics to track activity, collaborate cross-functionally, support game-day operations, and ensure exemplary client service and data privacy compliance.

Manage a portfolio of commodity trading clients in Houston, owning onboarding, training, adoption, retention and growth. Build client relationships, identify upsell opportunities with Sales, relay product feedback to Product, and improve Customer Success processes and tools.

Partner with prospective and existing customers to lead technical discovery, design integrations and proofs of concept, run tailored demos, troubleshoot implementation issues, and translate customer feedback into product requirements while collaborating closely with sales, product, engineering, and customer success.
