The Accounting Specialist provides support to the Finance department, including billing, processing payments, managing equipment, and collaborating with HR and the Executive Team.

Own the full sales cycle for mid-market/SMB accounts: prospect, qualify, and close complex B2B software deals. Develop regional sales plans, engage key decision-makers, collaborate with presales and marketing, and meet quota expectations while gathering market and competitive intelligence.

Own the end-to-end payroll process for a multi-site workforce, including daily ADP timecard monitoring, payroll processing, audits, reconciliations, employee changes, compliance, reporting, and recordkeeping. Partner with Human Resources and Finance, resolve employee inquiries, maintain confidentiality, support audits, and improve payroll procedures. The role requires onsite work in Boston and strong accuracy, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.

Lead Alabama donor portfolio to raise $1–5M+ through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and acquisition. Partner with Executive Director, advisory board, and VP to set local fundraising strategy, maintain CRM (Salesforce), and meet revenue goals while supporting team initiatives.

Administers and monitors government grants and subrecipient awards, ensuring budgets, expenditures, documentation, payments, and reporting comply with grant agreements and regulations. Reviews financial reports, allowable costs, invoices, payroll allocations, and supporting records; performs budget-to-actual, variance, burn-rate, and fiscal risk analyses. Supports audits, corrective actions, payment controls, technical assistance, and development of fiscal monitoring processes, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.

Review and QA month-end close packages for a portfolio of ecommerce and CPG clients, ensure GAAP-compliant accounting, reconcile ecommerce payouts and inventory across channels/3PLs, maintain QBO environments and integrations, sign off financial packages, provide feedback to bookkeepers, and support budgeting and financial modeling for clients.

Serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on engineer to drive customer adoption and retention. Deliver implementations, enablement, integrations, and strategic projects. Monitor usage and health, remove barriers, lead onboarding and training, create scalable resources, and partner with CSMs, Sales, and Product to align WalkMe solutions to customer business outcomes.
