Manages technical construction projects at a nuclear laboratory, including requirements, deliverables, budgets, schedules, risks, controlled accounts, work packages, and project execution through turnover. Coordinates construction, operations, safety, radiological control, and support organizations while complying with DOE, NNSA, contract, nuclear security, classification, and NQA-1 requirements. Provides technical guidance, monitors program budgets, and supports project planning and administrative management.

Monitor ACH, debit card, and other payment activity for suspicious transactions; review fraud alerts; assist with account reviews, investigations, disputes, chargebacks, KYC/KYB, enhanced due diligence, documentation, reporting, audits, and compliance reviews. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, computer literacy, and at least one year of office experience. Permitting, solar administration, and notary experience are preferred.

Manages end-to-end accounts payable operations across MHN entities, including invoice processing, payment approvals, vendor relationships, reconciliations, reporting, internal controls, compliance, and process improvement. Supervises and develops AP staff, resolves vendor issues, supports automation and technology upgrades, and ensures accurate, timely financial transactions.

Leads North America financial planning and performance management, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, monthly reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, KPI tracking, and scenario analysis. Partners with business leaders, Accounting, and Operational Finance to explain performance drivers and provide actionable insights. The role also improves FP&A workflows through AI and automation and supports strategic financial analysis.

Manage WRI’s membership, annual, sustaining, mid-level, and planned giving programs. Develop data-informed acquisition, retention, engagement, stewardship, and fundraising strategies; manage budgets, donor pipelines, reporting, and performance metrics. Lead multichannel digital fundraising campaigns across email, direct mail, social media, advertising, text, and phone. Use segmentation, CRM data, automation, and analytics to improve donor conversion, retention, revenue, and progression toward major and legacy gifts.
