Build and operate backend systems that transform financial data into accurate, reviewable bookkeeping. Own end-to-end projects from design through rollout, implement reliable automation and reconciliation, improve observability and auditability, investigate production issues, and mentor teammates while partnering with product, design, and bookkeeping experts.

Process and analyze payroll data, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain payroll records, reconcile discrepancies, ensure regulatory and tax compliance, respond to employee payroll inquiries, and perform other duties as assigned.

Prepare and deliver accurate customer invoices, process payments, reconcile client accounts, resolve billing disputes, communicate with internal/external stakeholders, support automation testing, and perform related billing duties.

Manage inventory accounting and reconciliations; prepare, review, and analyze general ledger accounts and journal entries; support budgeting and revenue forecasting; maintain workpapers; assist month/quarter/year-end closings; coordinate tax filings and external audits; prepare compliance reporting.

Drive acquisition and retention of profitable logistics and supply chain accounts. Develop and execute account sales strategies and yearly business plans, manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and report sales activity. Utilize SEKO technology and Microsoft Office, travel for client meetings, and support market and competitor analysis.

Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure; develop CI/CD pipelines and IaC; automate operations and monitoring; troubleshoot performance and incidents; collaborate to improve scalability, security, and cost optimization.
