Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President (primary), CRO, and HR Director. Manage complex calendars, executive travel logistics, expense reconciliation, executive communications, office operations, vendor and facilities coordination, onboarding logistics, meeting prep, and project/action-item tracking while maintaining confidentiality and executive presence.

Serve as liaison between business units and Duck Creek Technologies, maintain upgrade calendars, and track cloud optimization backlogs. Prepare executive reporting, manage project finances and SOWs, and coach teams on delivery standards and continuous improvement.

Manage and grow strategic accounts for Instruments product line in life sciences and food & beverage. Build executive relationships, drive renewals, upsell/cross-sell, forecast revenue, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure customer satisfaction, and navigate complex sales cycles and contract negotiations.

Develop, validate, and deploy biomedical ML and deep learning algorithms on sensor data. Own end-to-end lifecycle from data curation to embedded/cloud deployment, run clinical study design and statistical validation, and collaborate with cross-functional R&D, firmware, and software teams.

Support grants administration and large-scale grant initiatives by executing contracts, maintaining accurate records, validating grantee data, coordinating project tasks in project management software, triaging general mailbox communications, coordinating schedules, and conducting outreach to grantees and payment recipients to resolve issues and ensure process continuity.
