Own territory growth, day-to-day operations, and P&L performance for Honor’s Owned & Operated business. Drive field-based sales, referral development, full-cycle conversion, and community partnerships. Lead client service, scheduling, and care delivery operations; analyze performance data; implement operating playbooks; and manage and develop local teams. The role is highly field-based in Culver City, with responsibility for improving revenue, retention, conversion, service quality, and market scalability.

Diagnoses complex Windows and macOS endpoint issues, analyzes telemetry and logs, troubleshoots integrations with EDR, DLP, and MDM products, and provides prioritized customer recommendations. Partners with Engineering and QA on defect investigation and validation, maintains lab capabilities, and creates runbooks and documentation. The role also enables field teams to explain endpoint findings and improve customer outcomes.

Leads membership sales performance across an assigned market, recruiting, training, coaching, and managing Membership Advisors. Establishes sales expectations, monitors performance, implements lead management and sales processes, and partners with club managers and marketing to drive membership growth, retention, and market penetration. Analyzes sales metrics and competitor activity, supports promotional initiatives, attends community events, and travels frequently among clubs to provide leadership and coaching.

Leads firmwide electrical engineering standards, QA/QC protocols, and advanced system strategies. Provides technical oversight for complex interdisciplinary projects, including distribution design, load analysis, lighting controls, specifications, and constructability. Mentors senior designers and engineers, conducts reviews, supports project scoping and fee negotiations, and contributes to client engagement, pursuits, business development, and industry representation. Establishes scalable design frameworks and develops future technical and operational leaders.

Own and improve Salesforce and the broader go-to-market technology stack. Build and troubleshoot Flow automation, maintain integrations, manage Okta provisioning and access, monitor data quality and system health, and deliver requests through Jira-based processes. Partner with GTM stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, document systems, manage onboarding and offboarding, resolve issues, and mentor team members on Salesforce and GTM tooling best practices.

Lead client onboarding for precall API integrations as primary contact; manage end-to-end implementation, provisioning coordination, technical handoffs, documentation, and process improvements to ensure successful client enablement and transition to support teams.

Develop and execute employer wellness program strategies that improve engagement, health outcomes, client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact, using participation and performance data to recommend enhancements. Build relationships with clients, vendors, brokers, and internal teams; resolve issues; monitor risks and deliverables; and present program results, training, and communications to stakeholders, including senior and C-suite audiences.
