Conduct workers’ compensation insurance premium audits by reviewing payroll, financial, contract, and business records. Reconcile reported payroll, determine classification codes and subcontractor exposure, calculate final premiums, document results, and enter audit data. Communicate findings with policyholders, agents, underwriters, and internal teams; respond to billing inquiries and manage disputes while following applicable regulations and company procedures.

Supports community operations through resident relations, rent collections, legal notices, leasing and move-in coordination, work order management, and community events. The role serves as a key resident contact, maintains accurate records, ensures maintenance requests are resolved promptly, and partners with the Community Manager on daily operations. Occasional annual or semi-annual travel may be required.

Develops commercial flooring accounts and territories through prospecting, follow-up, telemarketing, targeted marketing, and business meetings. Conducts site inspections, delivers proposals, demonstrates flooring materials, and supports accurate customer proposals. Sells installed polished concrete, epoxy, and related flooring systems to commercial, retail, and industrial customers. Requires commercial flooring sales experience, territory development skills, closing ability, a valid driver's license, and some overnight travel.

Responsible for growing sales across an assigned territory by managing retail customer relationships, acquiring new business, supporting sales drivers, negotiating displays and promotions, and resolving store service issues. The role requires frequent customer and retail store visits, prospecting, sales planning, route and inventory coordination, weekly reporting, and adherence to safety and vehicle procedures.
