Assists with documenting requirements and processes, researching client industries and design best practices, and applying visual design, information hierarchy, and user experience principles. Collaborates with consulting professionals, manages multiple deadlines, and works within client branding guidelines. Travel may comprise 20%–50% of the schedule.

Leads the Project Management team overseeing signage projects from quoting and permitting through fabrication, installation, billing, and closeout. Develops staff, standardizes processes, manages compliance and financial documentation, resolves escalated client issues, qualifies subcontract installers, and improves departmental performance. The role requires expertise in signage construction, permitting, regulatory compliance, project profitability, AIA billing, certified payroll, bonds, insurance programs, and cross-functional workflow optimization.

Process and monitor electronic payments, including domestic and international wires, ACH files, debit card, Zelle, external transfer, and bill pay transactions. Review OFAC and IAT alerts, reconcile general ledger accounts, manage deposit queues, maintain procedures and logs, respond to client inquiries, monitor reports, and comply with banking regulations and security requirements.

Own multi-cloud infrastructure architecture across AWS, GCP, and Azure, including Kubernetes platform strategy, infrastructure-as-code, networking, high availability, disaster recovery, and capacity planning. Partner with engineering teams on future infrastructure needs, support acquisition due diligence and integration, establish architecture standards, mentor senior engineers, and evaluate AI tooling for infrastructure operations. The role targets 99.95% uptime and requires hybrid work in Minneapolis or New York City.
