Install, configure, validate, and customize GE HealthCare patient care infrastructure (monitoring, telemetry, Carescape). Collaborate with sales, IT, biomed and vendors, remediate networks, address cybersecurity, train staff, mentor field engineers, maintain records, and support new product releases. Role requires heavy travel.

Serve as first point of contact for users via chat, email, and phone. Troubleshoot issues, document recurring problems, escalate complex cases to other teams, and maintain a customer-first approach. Training provided; no prior experience required.

Evaluate and render eligibility decisions for long-term care and chronic illness claims per policy and client guidelines.
