Develop cross-platform marketing programs, media strategies, creative briefs, sponsorship packages, and polished client presentations. Collaborate with sales, planning, program management, account management, editorial, and creative teams; lead brainstorms, manage timelines, use research and data to develop insights, and support advertising pitches and deal closure.

Enhance ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM implementations, develop automation and integrations, support DevSecOps release and maintenance practices, and deliver continuous platform improvements. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement secure technical solutions across ServiceNow modules, including Service Catalog, Incident and Problem Management, Reporting, and Configuration Management.
