The SEM Senior Account Manager will develop and execute SEM strategies, manage PPC campaigns, analyze performance data, and lead a team.

Lead and manage full-cycle accounting and financial operations for multiple clients. Supervise 1-3 associates, oversee bookkeeping, payroll, reconciliations, budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, reporting, audit and tax prep, client communication, project management, and special projects while ensuring compliance and process improvement.

Make a high volume of outbound calls using automated dialers to industry professionals, handle objections, generate and qualify leads for clients, log each interaction accurately, and meet performance targets. Full-time Mon–Fri 9 AM–6 PM CT; remote eligible in specified US states. Compensation: $31,200–$33,280 base plus performance incentives.

Identify and engage bookkeeper prospects via calls, email, and social media to schedule product demos. Learn the product, craft persuasive outreach, and meet quota through cold calling and creative messaging.

Design, validate, and document HPC/AI networking solutions; qualify and close sales opportunities in Japan; deliver technical presentations; author technical materials; gather and align customer requirements; travel to conferences and customer sites to position solutions.

Lead enterprise data ownership and governance to align customer experience with information architecture. Develop data usage frameworks, business rules, quality thresholds, and movement authorizations. Direct data stewards, analysts, and architects; prioritize remediation, support data integration and analytics, and guide development of data warehouse, data marts, and reporting solutions to support healthcare enrollment and billing operations.

Support Digital Solutions BD leadership with account prioritization and pipeline insights. Research, qualify leads, and run outbound campaigns (using Claude Cowork). Assist deal prep, pitch and proposal development, and Salesforce-related tasks. Prepare leadership reports, meeting materials, and track outreach, conversion, and pipeline metrics while building knowledge of the Medlive portfolio and pharma buying cycle to grow into a BD role.

Review merchant applications and accounts to assess eligibility and compliance, investigate fraud and payment risk signals, manage offboarding and payout holds, partner with payment providers and internal teams, document decisions, and improve risk workflows and tooling.

Lead product definition, prioritization, and experience design for AI Agents in healthcare. Translate customer and clinical signals into requirements, guardrails, measurement, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering, implementation, and customer teams to operationalize safe, reliable agent behavior.

Lead territory sales to grow AUM by building brand awareness, advising broker/dealer and cross-channel advisors, executing territory plans, leveraging FT products and PM insight, and mentoring internal partners to meet sales targets.
